Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or Fanbasis.

All fees are stated clearly before purchase and are due in full before service delivery.

Recurring payments for subscriptions will be billed automatically until cancelled.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is made.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information required for project completion.

Respond promptly to communications and approvals to avoid delays.

Understand that delays in client responses may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content provided to us.

Upon full payment, you receive rights to the final deliverables created by Funnel Geek Pro.

We reserve the right to showcase your project as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funnel Geek Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to services if you violate these Terms or fail to make payments.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
